The Adachi Contemporary Ukiyoe Order Form

All of the prints displayed on this site are available for purchase. In order to ensure fast and accurate processing of your order it is important that you follow the procedure outlined below.

The form which has * must be filled completely.

When you have completed all the fields select "submit" to send the order form to Adachi Instituts.

After confirming the details of your order Adachi Institute will e-mail you an invoice for PayPal or a confirmation message and FAX form.

Please process your payment on PayPal’s website with using your credit card.

Print out the FAX form. Fill in your credit card number and the date of expiration of the card, and sign the form in the appropriate place.The form must be sent to "The Adachi Institute of Woodcut Prints" by either FAX or post.

Upon your payment is completed, your order will be processed and shipped to you.

terms and conditions

1.Pricing

Prices displayed do not include shipping costs.
The Adachi Institute of Woodcut Prints can accept only Japanese yen.

2.Shipping Costs

Prints will be shipped to addresses outside of Japan, the following shipping costs which will be borne by the purchaser.

<Domestic>

700 yen ( If you buy more than 30,000yen, we'll send you for nothing. )

<Overseas>

We will inform you approximate delivery day and shipping cost after we get your order confirmed.

3.Payment Method

Payment must be made by either PayPal or credit card informed by FAX or mail. Payments by check and incremental payments will not be accepted.

4.Shipment of Orders

Your order will be processed and shipped within basically 5days after your payment is processed. If shipping is delayed by some reasons, we will let you know by e-mail.Shipment will be made using EMS(Express Mail Service) or Fedex.
Inquiries regarding shipping should be made to adachi@adachi-hanga.com.

5.Policy on Returned Goods

If the goods are damaged in any way you must contact The Adachi Institute of Woodcut Prints within 20 days of receipt of your order. The damaged prints will be replaced. In this case, please return the damaged goods and upon confirmation, replacement, will be shipped to you. Allow about 2 weeks for delivery. Any shipment costs borne by the purchaser will be refunded - please specify a bank account number into which this refund should be paid. Where possible you may return the damaged goods specifying payment to be made by the recipient. Replacement will not be permitted in either of the following 2 cases:
     a.You do not contact The Adachi Institute of Woodcut Prints within 20 days of receipt of your order.
     b.Your order is damaged or dirtied while in your possession.

6.Custom duties or other local expenses

You are to bear the import duties and all other local expenses at the destination.
